JetTransfer Data Policy

1. Data Classes
Operational data (jobs, assignments, tracking), compliance data (documents and review states), security data (audit/outbox), and billing/reconciliation data.
2. Retention Classes
Retention periods are policy-driven and may vary by legal basis, tenant contract, and jurisdictional obligations.
3. Deletion Requests
Subject deletion workflows are tracked, reviewable, and auditable. Exceptions can be flagged for legal/accounting retention.
4. Access and Export
Tenant-scoped access controls apply to exported and in-app data. Sensitive document access uses short-lived signed URLs.
5. Policy Governance
Policy revisions are versioned and reviewed; operational controls are implemented via runbook + CI/policy gates.
