For hotels, agencies and transfer companies
A company on JetTransfer holds its own fleet, its own people and its own bookings. Nothing crosses between companies — not a driver, not a passenger, not a trip.
Booking
Whoever takes the guest's request makes the booking, on a phone at the desk or in a browser.
The airport terminal, the marina, the four hotels you serve — kept per account, validated, and offered as you type rather than retyped every time.
Stops are held separately from pickup and drop-off, so a city tour can be reordered or reused without disturbing where the trip begins and ends.
A party too large for one vehicle becomes linked trips across several, each with its own driver and its own share of the passengers.
A half-finished booking is saved as you go and is still there when you come back to it, on whichever device you pick up.
Crew transfers that happen every weekday are generated ahead of time, with a holiday calendar to skip the dates they should not run.
Passenger lists can arrive as a spreadsheet rather than being typed in one row at a time, with versions kept so a changed list can be compared.
Fleet
Registering a vehicle is easy. The part that keeps a company out of trouble is deciding who may drive it — and having dispatch respect that decision.
Dispatch desk
Most trips never need attention: the offer goes to the drivers who qualify, and the first to accept takes it.
A dispatcher can place a trip with a specific driver — and the same checks apply, so an override cannot hand a job to someone who cannot legally or physically take it.
A trip nobody accepts stops being offered and comes back to the desk, rather than sitting in a state that looks live.
Overrides, cancellations and status changes are written to an audit trail with who did them and when.
Boundaries
Every booking, driver, vehicle and passenger belongs to exactly one company. A request that reaches across that line is refused outright — not filtered out of a list after the database has already answered. That applies to staff accounts as much as to bookers: the console shows one company's work because it can only fetch one company's work.
Getting started
JetTransfer is preparing for launch in Istanbul. If you run transfers there — or in Antalya, Izmir or Bodrum, which follow — we would like to hear how you work today, including the parts that are held together by a group chat.
