JetTransfer Terms of Service

1. Service
JetTransfer provides a B2B dispatch and booking platform connecting tourism operators, enterprise bookers, and transport providers.
2. Tenant Responsibility
Each tenant is responsible for lawful use, data accuracy, account administration, and ensuring users are authorized to act on behalf of the tenant.
3. Availability and SLA
Platform operations are subject to SLA commitments defined by contract tier. Incident response and communication follow the published service runbooks.
4. Billing
Subscription billing terms, payment references, and suspension/grace period behavior are governed by tenant contract and applicable billing policy.
5. Compliance
Tenants and partners must maintain required transportation, identity, and legal documentation and cooperate with audit/compliance requests.
